About Founder

When I was starting out as a founder, I couldn’t afford a CFO or CFO like services. I made expensive mistakes that the right guidance could have prevented and I watched other business owners make the same ones. That’s exactly why I built this. To give struggling businesses the kind of help I didn’t have.

I’m not an accountant and I don’t follow the traditional playbook. What I bring is 15+ years of actually being in the trenches and building companies from scratch, walking into businesses that were losing money, and turning them around. Taking them from the red to profitable, then helping them scale. Those years taught me one thing above everything else, there is always a solution. It just doesn’t always look like what you’d expect.

I work primarily with construction, service-based, smb and professional firms. Because these businesses tend to fall through the cracks of traditional financial advice. If you’re making money but can’t figure out where it’s going, growing but feeling the cash flow pressure, or just sensing something is off, that’s exactly the problem I solve.
